The French fund has acquired from Goodman a warehouse rented to Amazon in the Les Puntes industrial estate in Constantí, Tarragona, for 22 million euros, according to Expansión.
The platform stands on 32,500 square metres of land and has 11,630 square metres of floor space. The warehouse has 468 spaces for the delivery vans of Amazon. The e-commerce multinational has a contract that expires in 2046, although with an exit window in 2036.
With this transaction, Corum increases its portfolio of assets in the Spanish market, where it currently has offices, hotels, retail and other logistics assets. Its last major transaction in the Spanish market dates back to July last year, when it bought the Nodo office building, between Barajas Airport and Ifema, for around 70 million euros. The property has a surface area of 29,000 square metres.
