Clarion Partners Europe has launched 42,000 square metres of logistics space in its centre in Constantí (Tarragona), located in the third logistics ring of Barcelona. The space is divided into four modules and will be marketed by Savills and JLL.
The infrastructure covers a total of 42,253 square metres and is made up of two warehouses of 21,000 square metres each, with the possibility of adapting the space from 10,000 square metres, depending on its use. It also has 38 loading bays, distributed equally between the warehouses, four access ramps, 12 charging stations for electric vehicles and fitted-out offices. The platform is endorsed by the BREEAM sustainability certification.
Geographically, the complex is located less than 10 kilometres from Tarragona and its port. It is close to the AP7 and AP2 motorways, as well as Reus airport. This position in Barcelona's third logistic ring is reinforced by the limited availability in the first two crowns and the growing demand for high quality space by companies, positioning this area as a relevant node of logistic activity in Catalonia.
In the surrounding area, the centre has renowned national and international companies as neighbours, including LIDL, Correos Express, DHL, DB Schenker, Dachser, TNT, Global Talke, AG90, Katoen Natie, Ingram Micro, Isopan and Schmidt Iberica.
