Mileway has awarded CBRE and Savills Aguirre Newman the co-exclusive marketing of three last-mile logistics platforms in Madrid.
Two of the logistics assets are located in Getafe, in the Andalucía Business Area industrial estate. The first warehouse has 10,212 sqm and 13 loading docks, which are located on a plot of 20,840 sqm. Recently renovated and facing the M-5, it has LED lighting and has the Breeam Very Good sustainability certificate.
The other Getafense property has 10,113 sqm built on a 23,272 sqm plot and has a large maneuvering platform, 2,500 sqm of green areas and 131 parking spaces. Additionally, it has almost 700 sqm of office space.
The third logistics asset is located in the Madrid town of Valdemoro. Specifically, it is located in the La Postura industrial estate and has 7,547 sqm; 10 loading docks and two fingers that allow optimization of vehicle loading and unloading capacity. The warehouse has LED lighting and a generator set and has direct access to the A4 towards Madrid and great connectivity with the M-45, M-50 and R-4.
From CBRE and Savills Aguirre Newman they agree in emphasizing that "these three logistics platforms reinforce the quality offer in exceptional locations for operators that need to be within the Community of Madrid, in a highly consolidated and demanded environment for proximity and distribution logistics activities" .
Currently, Mileway has more than 1,700 assets spread across ten of the main economies in Europe. In Spain, specifically, it has more than 65 assets and more than 90 modules in the best urban locations.
