Bluespace, the company specialising in the rental of storage rooms for individuals and warehouses for companies and freelancers, has purchased two industrial warehouses in Seville to expand its activity in the Andalusian capital and in the region. The real estate consultancy firm CBRE has been in charge of advising Bluespace in the operation.
The first warehouse has a total surface area of 8,814 sqm and is located in the Calonge industrial estate, and the second warehouse has a surface area of 4,677 sqm, and is located in the Santa Clara de Cuba industrial estate. Both warehouses have a favourable location, very commercial and within the SE-30 motorway ring road.
For the Associate Industrial and Logistics Director of CBRE Andalucía, José María Laffitte: "This is one of the most important operations for Bluespace in the logistics and industrial sector in Seville.
