The private real estate company Arrow Capital Partners has completed a lease at its newly refurbished warehouse in Daganzo de Arriba, an established logistics submarket in Madrid.
Pe.tra, an international transportation and logistics services provider, has taken 11,509 sqm of logistics space at the property, which represents pe.tra’s first site in Madrid.
The asset comprises 69,167 sqm of logistics space divided into units ranging from 5,000 to 15,000 sqm, and it has recently undergone extensive refurbishment, which included achievement of an upgraded ‘Medium 5’ fire rating, the installation of charging points for electric vehicles and the attainment of BREEAM ‘Good’ certification.
The building is in immediate proximity to the A1 and A2 highways and international transportation hubs including the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport, providing its occupiers with eficiente national and global transport links.
In 2025, Arrow Capital Partners completed 277,000 sqm of leases totalling more than €18.5 million in Europe. The lease to pe.tra was secured by Arrow’s team in Spain, Savills España, JLL and CBRE.
