Ares has bought a new logistics asset in Cabanillas del Campo (Guadalajara), in the industrial hub of Corredor del Henares, as reported on Thursday by the real estate consultancy Savills Aguirre Newman, which has advised the US fund on the operation.
The asset purchased, which is leased to the distribution company Factor 5, has 25 loading docks and has a direct connection with the A-2 and R-2.
With this acquisition, the North American fund continues to increase its logistics portfolio in Spain and maintains its buying position in this sector, where Ares Management Corporation wants to add 250 million euros in logistics assets in our country.
The Dream Logistics platform, specialized in investment and management of property assets, accompanies Ares in this project as an exclusive ‘operative partner’ in Spain.
