Arcano Partners has announced the closing of a sale agreement with Iridium (ACS Group) for a plot of land located in the Corredor del Henares, specifically in the town of Alcalá de Henares, Madrid. This asset will be used for the construction and development of a data centre, which is expected to be operational in 2025. This region in particular is one of the areas with the greatest growth potential due to its strategic and logistical location for this type of project, destined to become one of the largest communications hubs in Europe.
The Real Estate team, belonging to the asset management area of Arcano Partners, has developed a direct management of this land until it reaches the "ready to build" phase, from which all the necessary permits have been obtained and construction can begin.
With this new transaction, Arcano Partners continues to develop its strategy initiated with the launch of the AVA III fund focused on real estate and alternative assets, including data centres, in Spain and Portugal.
