Through its Green Logistics division, the developer has acquired two plots of land in the El Aceitunero industrial estate in Dos Hermanas (Seville). These new plots join the projects that the company is already developing in Madrid, as well as in Malaga and Seville.
On the first plot of 96,882 square metres, it will develop a 52,250 square metre turnkey warehouse for a company in the retail sector. The second plot, of 32,280 square metres, will be used for a multi-tenant risk project of some 18,700 square metres.
"The acquisition of these plots in Dos Hermanas is a major step forward in Green Logistics by Aquila Capital's expansion strategy in Spain. "These two new acquisitions, in addition to contributing to local development and creating new jobs, show the group's constant search for potential investment opportunities in the area," according to Manuel Carrillo, investment director of Green Logistics by Aquila Capital.
