The real estate consultancy BNP Paribas Real Estate has participated in the advisory and marketing of two real estate operations that have marked the last year in Alicante. On the one hand, the lease of a logistics platform to Musgrave, in Monforte del Cid, promoted by Inurban, currently under construction and which will have 27,000 sqm on a plot of 65,000 sqm, and on the other hand, a cross docking warehouse to Ontime, of 11,248 sqm on a plot of 21,710 sqm, in the Parque Empresarial de Elche.
Both operations, which together add up to more than 38,200 sqm of built area, confirm the good health of the Alicante logistics market, having been chosen by Musgrave and Ontime, two consolidated companies in their respective sectors, to locate their activities.

Musgrave, new tenant of Inurban's logistics macrocentre
The food, beverages and drugstore products distribution and sales company, Musgrave, has chosen Monforte del Cid to house its new logistics centre. The company has become Inurban's new tenant, with a 27,000 sqm logistics project currently under construction.
This is one of the largest turnkey operations signed in the province of Alicante in 2023, in which BNP Paribas Real Estate has participated as an advisor.
Both the leased area and the plot are owned by Inurban, a company specialising in the development, construction and investment of logistics properties and shopping centres, which in turn acts as the developer of the property. The project is scheduled to be completed in 12 months.
The logistics asset is located in the Medio Vinalopó region. It is a strategic enclave, as it has direct access to the A-31 motorway, a location with excellent communications with the Mediterranean Corridor, Alicante-Elche Airport and the Port of Alicante. In recent years, the Inurban industrial estate has experienced significant growth with the arrival of large companies such as Seur, GLS, GB Grupajes and Unide.
Ontime, new tenant of a cross-docking warehouse in the Elche Business Park
Ontime, one of Spain's leading logistics operators, has become the new tenant of a cross docking warehouse in the Elche Business Park (Alicante). The asset, owned by a family office, has been marketed on an exclusive basis by BNP Paribas Real Estate. The warehouse, built on a plot of 21,710 sqm, consists of 11,248 sqm, of which 2,296 sqm are office space. It has 38 docks for trailers and 44 docks for vans.
In this context, Elche, Parque Empresarial is positioned as a consolidated industrial area and well communicated with the metropolitan area of the zone (it is located 12 km from the centre of Elche and 13 km from the centre of Alicante). It is located in the Mediterranean Arc, one of the main axes of development at regional, national and international level. In this location, companies from the transport sector stand out, linked to large logistics and distribution projects, as well as an important participation of other sectors, such as publishing, textile or metallurgy.
Ontime, its new tenant, decided to bet on this warehouse due to the scarce availability in the area, considering the asset optimal to expand its facilities in the Southeast area of the peninsula.
