Alfil Logistics leases a warehouse of approximately 13,700 sqm in the Parc Logístic de la Zona Franca de Barcelona.
The rectangular-shaped building has a maximum length of 181 m and a width of 83 m at its maximum point. It is made up of a 13,400 sqm ground floor and a 309 sqm loft with changing rooms and social areas for warehouse personnel. Likewise, the property will change the skylights of the warehouse and the interior lighting to LED to reduce the energy consumption of the leased warehouse and provide it with natural light.
The operation has been carried out on the advice of Savills Aguirre Newman to Merlin Properties in the lease of the warehouse to Alfil Logistics.
