Accolade is developing a logistic complex that will be built in Pamplona’s Transport City, Navarre. The project involves the construction of up to 34,000 sqm of logistics space on a plot considered strategic within the northern axis of the Iberian Peninsula. The complex will be marketed jointly by the consultancy firms Savills and AZET.
The project is being developed on a turnkey basis, which will allow the design of the facilities to be tailored to the specific needs of each future user. The site is situated at a key transport hub in northern Spain: it has direct access to the AP-15 motorway and is located approximately 5 kilometres from Pamplona Airport, 9 kilometres from the city centre and 12 kilometres from the Volkswagen Navarra plant, one of the region’s main industrial hubs.
The project has been designed to adapt to the new demands of the logistics sector, which is increasingly focused on operational flexibility and process efficiency. In this regard, the development is structured into modules of approximately 5,670 sqm, with configurations that allow for both cross-dock and single-dock operations.
The design also includes spacious manoeuvring areas, loading bays and direct vehicle access to the warehouses. In terms of construction, the project will feature concrete structures and cladding, a deck-type roof and LED lighting. It will also include parking areas for light vehicles, a gated site with access control and BREEAM environmental certification. Furthermore, the complex will comply with the latest fire safety regulations, classified as High Risk.
The complex is expected to be completed by summer 2027. It is designed to cater to both major logistics operators and companies across a wide range of sectors, including the automotive, pharmaceutical, food and last-mile delivery industries.
Eduardo Feliciano, Business Director at Accolade, highlighted that “Navarre combines many of the elements that logistics and industrial operators are looking for today: a strategic location, a well-established industrial base and connections to the main transport corridors of northern Spain. However, the availability of next-generation logistics assets remains very limited”.
Meanwhile, Aitor Álvarez, National Director of Industrial & Logistics at Savills, emphasised that the development “presents an exceptional opportunity to address the shortage of quality space in one of the areas with the greatest logistics potential in northern Spain”.
