According to the “Estadística Inmobiliaria del Colegio de Registradores” corresponding to the first quarter, between January and March there were13,738 entries in the property registers for house sales and purchases, the highest quarterly result since the first quarter of 2011.
With respect to the previous quarter, the increase stood at 21.8%. Annually, this positive trend has continued: compared to the first quarter of 2016, there has been an increase of 14.4%.
One in every two managers in real estate believes that house prices at national level will grow between 3% and 6% in 2017, when in 2016 only 21% believed this to be the case.
