Statuto finalises the purchase of the Six Senses hotel in Ibiza

In 2023, Statuto had already acquired the five-star Six Senses Rome (owned until then by Orion Capital) for 245 million euros, making it the highest hotel transaction in Italy and one of the highest in Europe up to that time (2.6 million euros per room).
