Sierra Blanca undertakes the largest project in its history. The Marbella developer will invest 250 million euros in a project on Marbella's golden mile that will have more than 80,000 square meters of surface area and will include a residential complex of 70 homes conceived under the branded luxury residences typology.
In addition, the company will develop a five-star hotel with 80 rooms and a beach club restaurant with an area of 2,000 square meters in the same space. The macro-complex will also have a shopping boulevard and a public landscaped promenade area that plans to host the largest open-air art exhibition in southern Spain.
Company sources point out that during the next few weeks the competition will be opened to choose which architecture firm will carry out the project. The construction works are expected to begin during the second half of 2023 and, if the works progress at the expected pace, the macro-complex may come into operation in 2025. Sierra Blanca is already in talks to close the operator that will be in charge of managing the hotel establishment and with the brand that will operate the beach club restaurant.
