Servatur has acquired a four-star hotel in Guía de Isora, near Playa de la Arena, specifically in Puerto de Santiago, Tenerife, and will be renamed Servatur Isora Suites. The deal was advised by Colliers.
The hotel has 312 suite-style rooms and 21,000 sqm of communal areas, and stands out for its traditional Canarian architecture and facilities geared towards family tourism and relaxation.
Following the momentum seen in Gran Canaria this year with the addition of three new hotels, the chain is now making the move to Tenerife with a firm determination to replicate its successful model.
The company plans to undertake an ambitious investment programme in the new establishment with the aim of raising the quality of its services and enhancing its culinary offering, a model that focuses on a comprehensive holiday experience, combining accommodation, cuisine, entertainment and wellness in a high-quality setting. The chain notes that the expansion plan underpinning this operation is the result of a solid strategy and an excellent reputation in source markets.
The year 2025 ended with a hotel investment volume of €4.275 billion and 194 transactions, including existing hotels, properties for conversion to hotel use and land for new developments, according to data from the ‘2025 Hotel Investment Report in Spain’, compiled by Colliers. Throughout 2025, this investment reached €1.039 billion in the region, consolidating its position as the sector leader for the third consecutive year.
