The hotel firm Senator Hotels & Resorts is starting the year by opening on the 'White Isle'. With this new opening in Ibiza, the chain will have more than 30 establishments throughout the country, including others in the Balearic Islands themselves.
After an exhaustive search for a suitable asset for its expansion, the location chosen was The Beach Star Ibiza. It is a well-known resort of only-adults tourist flats that has been considered one of the best hotels in Ibiza not only to stay, but also to have cocktails or sunbathe with the best views of San Antonio and the most famous sunsets on the island.
The studios and flats, in the heart of San Antonio Bay, will be refurbished in the style of Senator Hotels & Resorts.
The advisor for this successful transaction was Carlos Romero, CEO of Asset Management Spain Gestmadrid, who negotiated the conditions for the acquisition of this enclave for Senator Hotels & Resorts. As Romero himself states, "we were looking for the perfect enclave that would allow Senator Hotels & Resorts to come to Ibiza and meet the expectations that their clients have of their brand. The Beach Star Ibiza meets all the requirements".
