The British investment firm Round Hill finalizes the purchase of the Hotel Florida Norte, in Madrid, for 80 million euros; according to El Confidencial.
The Faranda Group, owned by the Fernández Hoyos family, divests itself of the asset, with a central location in the Madrid Río area.
The Hotel Florida Norte has 400 four-star rooms. The urban complex is focused on congresses, with two halls with capacity for 100 people. It is possible that the buying fund rotates the asset towards a student residence. Round Hill has a joint venture with the Canadian pension fund, with an investment capacity of more than 1,000 million in this class of assets, in Europe.
