The management company Omo Retail has sold the NH Práctico to businessman Gregorio Antoranz, son of the original owner of the asset, according to El Confidencial. The establishment has 40 rooms and is located in the centre of Madrid, specifically at number 304 Bravo Murillo street, just a few metres from Plaza de Castilla. The hotel also has 2,800 square metres distributed over seven floors, with 14 parking spaces.
Thus, the operation that had been on the market for eight years, since the NH Hotel Group chain abandoned the three-star NH Express category, focusing on a more luxurious offer, has been completed. Two years ago, the management company Omo Retail acquired the asset, whose appraised value exceeds six million euros and which was operated by the company Érase Un Hotel SL.
At the time, the acquisition of the asset by the management company was part of the purchase of a portfolio of commercial assets and its plans were oriented towards divestment, taking into account that Omo Retail is dedicated exclusively to retail assets.
