Mazabi acquires the Hotel Cap Roig Nature, which has a 10,000 sqm rustic plot located next to a cliff in L'Ampolla, in Tarragona. In addition to being located on the seafront, 900 meters away from Playa del Baconer.
The hotel has three stars with a goal of four, 139 apartment-style rooms and has a variety of services and activities within a unique natural environment.
The acquisition has been made through a Sale & Leaseback, in such a way that The Palm Experience will remain as its operator until December 2022.
This operation is part of Mazabi's strategic growth plan and its commitment to growth in the hotel segment. With this, the company adds a new property to its portfolio of hotel assets, which already consists of 21 hotels.
"We are very happy to be able to incorporate the Hotel Cap Roig Nature into our portfolio of assets, because it is an asset with great potential, which fits perfectly into the portfolio of hotels that we have in our portfolio", highlights Juan Antonio Gutiérrez, director delegate of Mazabi.
This is the fifth operation within the hotel segment that the company has executed this year. Since January, Mazabi has acquired four more assets, two of them operated by Soho Boutique Hotels located in Córdoba and in Puerto de Santa María, in Cádiz. The others are a building for hotel use that is located in the center of Madrid, and will be operated by Room Hostels & Hotels; and a newly built four-star hotel in Menorca, acquired by the company through its Socimi Silicius, which is operated by the Barceló group.
