Líbere Hospitality Group (LHG) has announced the signing of a new property in Madrid, located in the Valdemarín area (Moncloa-Aravaca). The project, which will comprise 120 units, is geared towards short and medium-term stays and is scheduled for completion in 2027.
The property is situated at 18 Basauri Street and will be developed and managed by Overlord Gestión and Twin Peaks Capital. The building will be developed on a site covering more than 5,000 sqm and will combine different types of accommodation, including studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments. With this addition, the group will have seven properties in Madrid, totalling 524 units in the city.
Work on the complex has already begun and the design includes an integrated range of facilities, such as a rooftop pool, gym, meeting rooms, a reading room, car park and landscaped areas.
The operation forms part of LHG’s strategy to consolidate formats that integrate accommodation and services under a single operating model, enabling the diversification of customer profiles and the optimisation of urban assets.
Currently, Líbere Hospitality Group has a portfolio of 2,300 units, of which 1,072 are already in operation. In addition to its presence in major Spanish cities such as Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia, the operator continues its international expansion with assets in the UK, France, Italy, Portugal and Greece.
