Grupo Insur, through its subsidiary Insur Patrimonial, has delivered to Eurostars Hotel Company, Grupo Hotusa's hotel chain, the hotel located in Avda. República Argentina, in the city of Seville. The establishment, which will be marketed under the name Eurostars Guadalquivir, has required an investment of 12 million euros.
Eurostars Guadalquivir, which Eurostars Hotel Company will operate on a rental basis, is located in the Buenos Aires building, owned by Grupo Insur, which has carried out the complete refurbishment of the building to convert it into a four-star hotel with 133 rooms. The company has generated more than 100 direct and indirect jobs during the project.
With a surface area of 8.241 sqm and designed by the EA Forum architectural firm, the hotel has a restaurant, lobby bar, gym and spa area. In addition, the hotel enjoys the parking facilities of the Buenos Aires Building, with four floors below ground level.
Located on one of Seville's main thoroughfares, just a few minutes' walk from the city center and very close to the fairgrounds, the Paseo de Colón, the Maestranza bullring and the city's main historical monuments, the hotel is in one of the busiest business areas of the Andalusian capital. The new establishment, which completes the lack of hotel supply in the Los Remedios district, is expected to open during the month of August.
The commitment to the hotel sector is not new for Grupo Insur. Thus, it is worth noting that already in 2018 it culminated another four-star urban hotel project for lease for Grupo Hotusa in the former Endesa building, located on García Lovera street in Córdoba, a building in the heart of the Cordoban capital.
