Meanwhile, in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, the group will undertake the refurbishment of La Almona de Sanlúcar, a historic 17th century building, which will be transformed into a Boutique Hotel and Soap Museum. The project will house 112 rooms, gastronomic areas, a multi-purpose room and parking areas.
Construction will begin in 2024, with an estimated duration of five years, employing some 3,000 people during the construction phases.

González also underlines the intention to showcase the cultural richness of the province of Cádiz and to maintain a constant quality tourism. The businessman emphasises that the project seeks to complement the current tourist offer with a modern and high quality approach.
