These include a five-star establishment that houses the largest seawater spa in Europe, as well as two four-star hotels and one three-star hotel, all located in Oropesa del Mar. The transaction also includes two urban hotels in Villarreal (Castellón) with more than 100 rooms and more than 150 flats for rent and ownership.
