The Infante Sagres hotel, located in the center of Porto, was sold to a group of Asian investors, Gaw Capital, by The Fladgate Partnership, according to Eco.
The oldest 5-star hotel in Porto, acquired in the past by the Júdice family by The Fladgate Partnership, which owns Taylor’s Port wine brands, now belongs to Gaw Capital, which controls the InterContinental Palácio das Cardosas, in Porto.
Through statements made to Negócios, at the time of the transaction value, Adrian Bridge, CEO of the Fladgate Partnership, states that «we sell with margins for us».
