Sociedade Hoteleira de Colares sold the Vip Inn Miramonte hotel to Delsk Group Portugal.
Located in the village of Colares, in Sintra, the 3-star hotel encompasses an area of 4,610 square meters, with 92 rooms, outdoor space and swimming pool, bar and restaurant. The hotel is located less than 2 kilometers from Praia Grande or Praia das Maçãs.
JLL mediated the sale of the Vip Inn Miramonte to Delsk Group Portugal, in a value that, until now, is confidential.
Karina Simões, Head of Hotel Advisory at JLL, highlights that «this was a transaction that, due to its characteristics, was aimed at a very specific range of investors. The proximity to the city of Lisbon, the fact that it is located in Sintra and the short distance to the beach were the fundamentals of this transaction. The possible upside for the asset was undoubtedly what most attracted different investors»
