The intention is to open between 10 and 15 hotels until 2024, and the total investment adds up to 350 million euros. Currently, Experimental Group is present in France, Spain, Italy, UK, Switzerland and the USA. This investment will triple Experimental's hotel portfolio, as advanced by the company.
One of the assets already confirmed is the opening of the Hotel Montesol, in Ibiza, in the summer of 2022. It is the first hotel complex that was inaugurated on the island, in 1933. It was previously operated by Hilton.
"This fundraising also represents a strong and positive signal for the entire sector and shows that the hotel industry is going to be stronger and more dynamic than ever in the coming years," explains Experimental Group.
