BG sells the Beach Club Hotel Portinatx for €60M

The purchase belongs to a Spanish family of international hotel businesses, who will carry out a comprehensive refurbishment of the hotel with its 243 rooms to reposition it and turn it into a benchmark in the hotel industry.
