Azora's new real estate fund, specialized in hotel investments in Southern Europe, is expected to close the year with 400 million euro invested.
The information was advanced by Concha Ozácar, the management company’s founder, according to whom «we are back again. This time we have a wider vision. We have an operational fund with an investment capacity of almost 1.5 billion euro in assets across the Mediterranean, with the larger share taken by the Iberian Peninsula, but also Southern Europe», she stated during an event from IESE, Tinsa and Savills Aguirre Newman.
Quoted by Cinco Días, she further stated that «until the end of the Summer we will invest 200 million euro and we will finish the year with a minimum of 400 million euro in the hotel segment».
