Avintia sells an hotel in Fuenlabrada to a family office

This disposal represents the first completed cycle of the promote–lease–sell model agreed between Avintia Inmobiliaria and B&B Hotels, whose joint pipeline exceeds €100 million and includes up to ten hotels scheduled for delivery by the end of 2026.
