aCapital, a consulting firm specialising in hotel, logistics and industrial assets, land, residential and real estate development - part of the aFinance Group - has brokered the sale and purchase of the Hotel Rosa dels Vents in Sant Antoni de Calonge (Girona), located right on the seafront promenade, in a transaction worth 14.5 million euros.
The site, with a total surface area of 2,900 sqm, will be used for the construction of 90 eco-sustainable homes, guaranteeing optimum energy efficiency. Delsvents Real Estate is the developer of the new residential complex "Rosa dels Vents", which will be built by Roig Construccions from 2023.
Exclusive homes, with between one and four bedrooms, with large terraces and ground floors with gardens, sea views and direct access to the seafront promenade of this beautiful town on the Costa Brava. The project gives special relevance to the collective spaces, with coworking rooms and gymnasium, as well as a well cared for communal area with panoramic swimming pool and swimming pool on the ground floor, and permanent concierge service.
