This involves mortgaged loan guarantees and foreclosed assets owned by two of their main clients: Bankia and Sareb.
The assets are spread over national territory, mainly situated in important industrial nuclei and development zones.
The biggest spread of industrial land is in Andalucía, with 59 assets and more than 77,000 m² of land offering a building area of 60,000 m²; this is followed by the Comunidad Valenciana with 56 parcels of land comprising more than 380,000 m² and 430,000 m² for building; then comes Aragón, where 8 industrial sites are on the market with an area of 120,000 m² with 128,000 m² for construction.
Most of the warehouses are in the Comunidad Valenciana, with 110 units and more than 186,000 m² in buildings; then follow Cataluña and Aragón, with 66 and 64, respectively; following with lower totals we find Andalucía, con 53 and Madrid, with 43.
