Deutsche Bank put Gran Vía de Alicante on the market

Through RREEF, their real estate division, Deutsche Bank has put the Gran Vía de Alicante shopping centre in Spain up for sale. 

This asset has already received several offers from international funds, including Europa Capital, Eurofund Capital Partners, Patron Capital and Carmila, according to information from Spanish Real Estate. 

The centre has a total surface area of 37,300 square metres, including a hypermarket owned by Carrefour, with an area of 17,050 square metres, which is in the sidelines in this transaction. The commercial area for sale contains more than 20,200 square metres of gross lettable area, and includes 80 shops.
