The non-profit organisation ULI (Urban Land Institute) defines in its founding objectives that its mission is to "shape the future of real estate to achieve a transformative impact on communities around the world". And that is precisely what some of its 45,000 members will be doing over the next three days in Madrid.
ULI's European Conference 2023 kicked off on Monday 5 June with a board dinner, but officially begins on Tuesday, with a series of keynote speeches and panels of leading experts analysing the current state of real estate and urban development and the challenges facing the industry.
Until Thursday 8 June, the NH Collection Eurobuilding hotel will be the setting for a large number of talks, debates, round tables and all kinds of presentations, in which topical issues of great relevance to the sector will be put on the table. Among them, what role does real estate play in the fight against climate change; what will the urban spaces of the future be like and how close they are; what are the keys for both people and companies to be able to adapt to a new world in constant change, or what are the new office areas in Madrid like and at what point in their development? This last question will not be analysed from the stage of the NH Eurobuilding, but rather the participants will take a tour to get to know the Madrid enclaves of Madnum, Madrid Nuevo Norte and Renazca in person.
