The Oak Hill Advisors (OHA) has sold one of its assets in the country, the San Sebastián bus station. The operation has been closed after reaching an agreement with a consortium made up of the Socimi Azora and the insurance group Caser, who would already have the approval of the city council to authorize the change of hands, according to La Información.
The sale has been closed with the collaboration of the Cuatrecasas law firm and the investment bank Greenhill. The foreign investor spent months trying to sell this asset, which it manages through the Atotxa Bus Station Management company.
