Next week, on the 29th and 30th of September, another edition of the Portugal Real Estate Summit will take place, the most important Iberian meeting of international real estate investors, organized by Iberian Property in Estoril.
This meeting has a strong networking component, and proposes to establish a map for the economic recovery of Iberia, with a special focus on the various real estate sectors.
Proving that investors continue to be interested in this market, about a month before it was held, the event had already confirmed the presence of investors and promoters from 12 countries, such as Spain, Belgium, United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, France and Italy, the United States, Canada or Brazil, including some of the leading global investment houses.
For the organization of the event, this adhesion proves that «there is still a high interest of international investors and promoters in Portugal and in its real estate post-Covid, so we still expect the participation of professionals from more countries».
