Noe Group makes its debut in the Spanish market with the purchase of three healthcare assets in the Fuencarral district, in the heart of Madrid, for 30 million euros, according to idealista/news. The total surface area of the three properties totals more than 10,000 sqm.
Since its creation, Capreon has been investing in 'intelligent workplaces'. "This type of asset must be one in which people want to work, with excellent services and amenities, adapted to this new era of office work that we have been experiencing since after the pandemic", stated Capreon to the same newspaper.
Among the assets Capreon wants to gradually add to its portfolio are high-tech campuses, healthcare assets and ESG real estate. For now, the company will focus its development on cities in the United Kingdom, Spain (with Madrid and Barcelona in its sights) and the Netherlands that meet these requirements.
As the fund explains in reference to its first purchase in Spain, "Fuencarral is a fast-changing district of Madrid, with a number of new developments underway in the areas of residential, student accommodation, office and healthcare assets," they say.
These three newly acquired assets are located in the immediate vicinity of the Ramón y Cajal Hospital and its prestigious research institute, as well as the Carlos III Hospital and La Paz Hospital, which is undergoing a major refurbishment.
