Madrid City Council has announced a public tender for the sale of two plots of land in the Valdebebas area, located in the district of Hortaleza, intended for tertiary use. Those interested in participating in the tender have until March to submit their bids, as stipulated in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid (BOCM).
The plots in question, which cover a total surface area of 160,165 square metres, are divided into two lots located in the Airport City of Valdebebas. Lot 1 consists of a plot with a buildable area of 109,677 square metres, located at Calle Leandro Silvia, 29. Lot 2, on the other hand, offers a plot with a buildable area of 50,488 square metres at Avenida de las Fuerzas Armadas, 270.
The base bidding price for the plot of lot 1 has been set at 75.4 million euros, while for the plot of lot 2 it is 41.4 million euros. The sale requires the buyer to fulfil a provisional and a definitive guarantee, both of which amount to 5%. In addition, according to the Public Sector Contracts Law 9/2017 of 8 November, the bidder must maintain its offer until the contract is formalised, without the possibility of modifying it once the tender has been tendered.
