The French real estate company Icade Santé, through its division dedicated to investing in health assets, has acquired the building of the Ocular Microsurgery Institute (IMO Grupo Miranza), an ophthalmology center located in the Mirasierra neighborhood of Madrid, for a total of 13 millions of euros.
The clinic has been recently renovated and has 30 surgeries and three operating rooms. It occupies a total built area of about 2,500 sqm and is equipped with the latest technology for the diagnosis and treatment of eye pathologies and the performance of highly complex ophthalmological surgeries.
Grupo Miranza is a leading network of specialist centers in ocular well-being, which has twenty-one surgical centers and thirteen outpatient centers throughout the Iberian Peninsula, and will continue to exploit this asset, completed in 2010.
Icade's real estate investment division in health assets has been established as the new lessor of the pre-existing rental contract, whose remaining duration is 18 years.
