Hipoges, the Asset Management company in Spain, held its Move On event for the third consecutive year. The event was attended by more than 1,000 real estate agents and employees of the company. During the event, relevant data on business figures, objectives and future challenges were presented. Hipoges currently manages more than 49 billion euros, showing significant growth since 2008. The company now has 1,700 employees, of which 1,000 are located in Spain.
Company directors Carlos Pérez de Yrigoyen, Rafael Torregrosa and Borja Izquierdo shared successes and future goals with the attendees. Likewise, Nuno Antunes, Global Chief Real Estate Officer highlighted the importance of the collaboration between Hipoges and its network of collaborators and real estate agencies "without whom the company's successes would not have been possible to achieve".
During the event, an awards ceremony was held by Juan Ramón Prieto, the company's Global Chief Operating Officer, for sales agents who have had a significant impact on the company's growth. The awards were given based on different criteria, including residential sales volume, non-residential sales volume, new build sales volume and performance on HipogesWorks, the company's asset management platform. The outstanding broker in each autonomous community was also recognised.
Finally, to close the event, Hugo Vélez, Managing Partner and CO-CEO of Hipoges wanted to highlight the growth that the company has experienced since its founding 15 years ago "achieving goals that we could never have imagined".
Hipoges Move On 2023: digitalisation at the customer's service
During the Hipoges Move On 2023 event, the company presented its new website for asset sales. The platform includes several updates and adopts new technologies to improve the user's search experience.
The event was attended by various collaborators and sponsors, including Fotocasa, Grupo Control, F&G (Formalización y Gestión), Floorfy, Cyma, Opteam and WTW (Willis Towers Watson), who were present on this outstanding occasion for Hipoges.
