Expo Real is back from 4 to 6 October. In this year's edition, to be held in Munich, a total of seven exhibition halls are planned with proposals for professional visitors, in order to "meet the high attendance", reveals the organization in a statement.
Porto, Gaia and Matosinhos will join in this edition to present themselves to real estate investors in the "Greater Porto" space, with 154 square metres, the new area of the show that will promote the real estate proposals of the three municipalities and several private companies.
Sonae Sierra, the Portuguese exhibitor that has participated in Expo Real for the longest time, will once again be present at the event, this time with a 100 square metres stand. The Portuguese capital will "take a break" from its international presentation in 2022, according to a statement.
Topics such as ESG, logistics real estate, housing, monetary policy, supply chains or housing policy in Germany will be in the spotlight during Expo Real 2022. Recall that in the 2021 edition, the fair was considered "a great success" as "despite the pandemic circumstances of Covid-19, around 1,200 exhibitors and 19,000 professional participants coming from 52 countries intensely enjoyed the 3 days of Expo Real".
With more than 8 forums, 137 events and 450 speakers, the real estate industry will once again gather in Munich at Expo Real 2022.
