The VI edition of the largest Iberian investment meeting starts today at Hotel Palácio Estoril and runs until September 22. The Portugal Real Estate Summit will be attended by the main international investment leaders, in a debate on the best investment opportunities for sectors and regions, given the period of uncertainty we are experiencing in Europe.
The main players of the real estate sector will be present, where you will have the opportunity to obtain relevant information on how to boost new investment strategies and dynamics, which are emerging today. Networking will also provide engaging experiences.
On the first day, work is scheduled to begin at 2pm. António Gil Machado, Director, Iberian Property and Roger M. Cooke, MBE FRICS, Conference Chairman, will start the conference at 14:45.
After the welcome, under the theme "New Economic Horizons for Portugal", we will have the intervention of Pedro Siza Vieira, Former Minister of Economy, followed by an interview by Roger Cooke & key Investors with Ismael Clemente, CEO, Merlin Properties, and Elizabeth Mathieu, Founder & Managing Director, SouthCap.
At 16h00, "The State of the Union" will be discussed in a round table debate, moderated by Roger M. Cooke, MBE FRICS, Conference Chairman, with the participation of Eric van Leuven, Head of Portugal, Cushman & Wakefield, Francisco Horta e Costa, Managing Director Portugal, CBRE and Paulo Silva, Head of Country Portugal, Savills. After a short coffee break at 17.15, the parallel sessions will take place.
