Bet Capital Group, the investment fund manager chaired by Alfonso Bayón, has reached a partnership agreement with Grupo Hereda, which specialises in the management and processing of inheritances and complex estates, led by Pedro Fernández.
Alfonso Bayón, Chairman of Bet Capital Group, has stated that the agreement facilitates access to a catalogue of real estate assets in Spain and contributes to the company's expansion in the Mexican market, with the support of the partnership with the Carral family, who have experience in finance and investment in Mexico.
Under Bayón's management, Bet Capital has completed deals worth more than €750 million in 2023 and anticipates 18% growth in 2024. The firm has a presence in the Mediterranean and Costa del Sol and offers returns of up to 2% per month for its investors.
The agreement with Grupo Hereda gives Bet Capital Group exclusivity in the brokerage of real estate assets from inheritances managed by the group, providing access to high quality properties that are not normally available on the open market. According to Bayón, this access allows properties to be acquired at discounts of up to 50% off market value.
This alliance allows Bet Capital to expand its property portfolio in Spain, covering areas such as Madrid, Barcelona, Seville and Valencia. In Mexico, the partnership with the Carral family strengthens Bet Capital's presence, maximising the investment potential in both territories.
Alfonso Bayón highlights that each real estate asset is selected for its appreciation potential and profitability. The collaboration between Bet Capital, Grupo Hereda and the Carral family facilitates the availability of assets on advantageous terms, positioning Bet Capital Group in the real estate investment sector in Europe and Latin America.
