Portfolio Stock Exchange (Portfolio SE), recognised as a new generation stock exchange, has announced the listing of Aofi Sheni Socimi on the market, trading under the ticker AOFI. The company's Board of Directors has set the initial share price at 123 euros, valuing the company at 61,536,900 euros.
Aofi Sheni Socimi, which owns the iconic BBVA headquarters building in Bilbao together with 167 independent parking spaces, has been advised on its incorporation by SMN Advisor Abbaco Markets. The company is managed by ARGIS, a real estate investment and asset management platform that manages more than 350 million euros in assets.

Aofi Sheni Socimi is managed by ARGIS, a real estate investment and asset management platform that manages more than 350 million euros in assets.
