Alfil Patrimonial, a family-owned socimi based in Andalusia valued at €73.5 million, has become the first company to register an initial access document on BME Scaleup, the market for emerging companies launched by Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME) seven months ago.
The company's board of directors has taken a price of 7.35 euros per share as a reference for the start of trading, with Armanext as the company's registered advisor, according to BME.
The company's real estate portfolio is made up of 23 assets comprising a total of 36 units, including homes, commercial premises, offices, parking spaces and plots. Of the total, 19 are located in the province of Malaga, three in the province of Almeria and one in Cordoba.
Alfil is a patrimonial company that belongs to a family group of companies created in 1952 that already has members of the third generation in management positions. Specifically, Francisco de Asís Gómez Palma is the chairman and all the capital is distributed among the Gómez Palma family.
According to the initial access document published by the company on BME Scaleup, between January and October 2023, it reported revenues of 3.3 million euros, an operating profit (Ebitda) of 940,000 euros and a net profit of 644,833 euros.
This new BME marketplace is aimed especially at scaleups, companies with a proven business model, in an accelerated growth phase for at least three years, with a minimum turnover of €1 million or an investment of at least that amount.
