Portfolio Stock Exchange (Portfolio SE) has announced the listing of AC Residencial Socimi and Smart Kitchens Properties Socimi on the market, under tickers ACRS and SMRT, respectively. The Board of Directors of AC Residencial has set an initial price of 1.06 euros per share, valuing the company at 30,467,393.44 euros. Smart Kitchens Properties has set its starting price at 1.45 euros per share, with a total valuation of 12,388,801.45 euros.
AC Residencial Socimi focuses on investment in Reverse Housing. This company currently manages 67 assets, mainly in Madrid and Barcelona, with an investment of 23.2 million euros. "This format allows the elderly to monetise the savings invested in their home, generating immediate liquidity, and also to remain in it for the rest of their lives," says the company.
Smart Kitchens Properties, on the other hand, specialises in acquiring last-mile real estate assets for long-term leasing to operators in the food delivery sector. With eight assets in key locations such as Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Pamplona and San Sebastian, the company has positioned itself as a leading real estate partner in its sector.
With these additions, there are now nine companies listed on Portfolio SE. In this case, the companies have been legally advised by the Pérez-Llorca law firm, with the participation of partners Josefina García Pedroviejo and Yolanda Azanza, as well as associates Enrique Hernández González and Diego Samuel Arroyo Uribe.
