CBRE releases Retail Intelligence to lead the transformation of the sector

CBRE announced the release of Retail Intelligence in Spain. This strategic initiative will allow the company to combine the work of the experts in research, digital, innovation, data analytics or customer experience, to design innovative and integral solutions to owners and tenants, and lead the transformation that the sector is experiencing.

Retail Intelligence will be led by Óscar García as national director. With a wide experience, both within CBRE and in tis more than 12 years at Unibail Rodamco, Oscar García was up until now responsible for the Hight Street area at CBRE, enabling him to know the challenges the sector is facing, such as the specific needs of its main players.

After the nomination of Óscar García, it will be Rosa Madrid, Regional Director of Andalusia at CBRE, to assume the national leadership of High Street, also reporting to Gonzalo Senra, National Director of Retail at the company.

Rosa has more than 20 years of experience in the Retail world, held executive positions at Grupo Restalia and Knight Frank, before joining CBRE last year. The nomination of Rosa will contribute for a higher integration of the services offered by the multinational in the High Street sector.
