With a great location, in front line of M-50, inside the del Henares corridor and less than 5 minutes from the international airport Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas, it has an extension of 156.756 m2. The project has stagnated since 2006 and Avintia Group has decided to relaunch it believing in its success, and benefiting from the advice and consultancy from BNP Paribas Real Estate.
In accordance with Avintia Group identifying marks, the project will be adapted to new logistic needs of the market: capacity for high demand’ fluctuations, result from e-commerce, high-tech buildings, or large access and maneuver routes. The project will have warehouses, industrial facilities and offices, with the highest quality standards.

Investment in the logistics market in 2016 came to 785 million euros, compared to 835 million euros in 2015, according to 4Q Monitor of the Mercado Logístico 2016 of Aguirre Newman.
