«This is one of the most iconic office buildings in Valencia», commented Pablo Serratosa, Zriser Group’s CEO, in an interview to newspaper Expansión. The building is located at the heart of the city, at number 67 Calle Cardenal Benlloch, and offers 11.000 sqm of office space to the companies installed in it, namely Naturgy, Indra and Haya Real Estate.
With this operation, Zriser Group adds a fifth building to its current portfolio which has a total combined area of around 20.800 sqm. The other four office buildings in the portfolio are the Pintor Sorolla 21, Ayuntamiento 27, Albereda and the Alfahuir, 4 all located in Valencia.
On the other hand, this is not the first office asset Goldman Sachs sells this year. In July, the American bank sold the Serrano 39 building located in the Spanish capital. The identity of the new owner was not disclosed, but according to El Confidencial the company received around 8 million euro for this operation alone.
