"We have reached the defined investment goal of the BGV III fund and successfully transferred the property. In addition to the good market timing, the long-term rental of the property and the standard of building construction have also played an important role," says Georg Jewgrafow, CEO of Real I.S. AG.
The only tenant of the property is Atos SE. The French IT service provider uses nearly 7,840 m² in the area of the building belonging to Real I.S., and 92 parking spaces.
"Zambal has acquired 100% of the property of three different vendors and renegotiated the three different rental agreements with the current tenant, concentrating them into one long-term rental agreement with a period of 10 years," says Thierry Julienne, partner founder of IBA Capital Partners.
Real I.S. has been advised in this operation by the law firm Pérez-Llorca, the real estate consultant Savills Aguirre Newman, the real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield and the financial services company TMF. For its part, Zambal has been legally advised by E&Y in this transaction.
