The two assets add up to 18,000m2. It’s a building in the nº96 of the Calle Santiago de Compostela, with 14.317m2 and 182 parking places, totally leased to the Community of Madrid, as well as of the nº44 of Calle Lerida, with 4,039m2, leased to Gas Natural.
According to the group, quoted by the Spanish EjePrime, both acquisitions were closed in November and were “financed entirely from own funds and financing from the main shareholder".
